Harcourt Community Action Group is founded to take over the former Harcourt Road Watch. The annual street cleaning and block parties see a rise in participation from local children and families. The group’s annual October street party welcomes new students who move into the area.

「夏慤道監察」易名為「夏慤道社區行動小組」 街道清潔同派對上見到更多兒童同埋家庭參與 行動小組每年大約十月都舉辦街頭派對，歡迎搬入嚟嘅新學生。
