BBEST Neighbourhood Plan

 

The BBEST (Broomhill, Broomfield, Endcliffe, Somerfield, and Tapton) Neighbourhood Plan was developed with the active involvement of dedicated community organisers from Harcourt Road. In 2021, this plan was put to a local referendum and officially endorsed by Sheffield City Council.
