Harcourt Road :   Collecting and Showcasing parallel histories of Community Organising in two streets of the same name In Sheffield and Hong Kong

2011 - Hong Kong

In August, the Hong Kong Government Headquarters gradually moved from Government Hill in Central to Tamar, Harcourt Road in Admiralty. Its new architectural features reference a “Door-Always-Open” attitude, symbolizing the government’s intent to be receptive to public opinion.
